First apartment is youthfully decorated apartment located on the top floor of an apartment building will impress you with its great panoramic view of the entire Zagreb. The apartment is southeast oriented making it bright and sunny throughout the entire day.

The flat has a big entrance area, big kitchen with a dining area, bedroom, bathroom and a very spacious living room connected with the balcony from where you can enjoy the gorgeous view of the entire Zagreb.
The living room can easily become a second bedroom while the kitchen with the dining area offers enough space for common daily activities which makes this apartment ideal for families and business people.

Secind apartment is is functional and very well organized using the space to its fullest potential. It has 1 bedroomand 1 bathroom while the living room, dining room and the kitchen are fluidly connected into one cosy and comfortable living space. Also, you will enjoy a small loggia with the view on Zagreb.
It can accommodate up to 4 persons. Two persons can sleep in the the bedroom and other two can sleep in the living room on a double sofa bed.

Near the Dom sportova sports hall and only 10 min by tram from the main square.
The apartment is located in residential area of Zagreb only 10 min from the main square by tram.
On the ground floor of the building there is a restaurant, shop, café bars and an ATM/(cash machine). In the near vicinity you can also find other restaurants, supermarkets, shops, bars, the Lauba art gallery, Dom sportova (Sports Hall) and Sveti Duh hospital.
The location is very well connected with other parts of the city by public transport. (Bus lines 109, 118 and tram lines 2, 6, 11).
