ACCOMODATION CAPACITIES
Villa Vitality can host up to nine persons. House is renovated in 2013.
The indoor area is 140m2. On the ground floor there are living room, dining room with fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, bathroom and terrace (50m2) with deck chairs and table. Terrace is perfect spot for morning breakfast or coffee with sea view. The first floor consists of bathroom and 3 bedrooms. Each bedroom has access to balcony with amazing sea view. In the basement is gym with table tennis.
The house is surrounded by lush Mediterranean garden and it provides comfortable accommodation for families or groups of friends. The large fenced garden(300m2) is equipped with deck chairs, garden table where you can enjoy meals prepared on barbecue.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Villa Vitality is located in small tourist resort Stobrec, suburb of Split.
It is ideal for one to four couples or a bigger family who want to be close to the activities of the town, but also a little removed from the town noise if they want to enjoy peace and relaxation.
The Villa is built in 1985. and renovated in 2013.
Villa Is situated on the small hill in center of Stobrec, away from the traffic, guarantees you peace and quiet and offering a wonderful seaview. There you will be secluded from the noise of the town and able to enjoy sunbathing and relaxing in lush Mediterranean garden.
South side stairs leads directly to Stobrec board walk and you can also access house by car from north side of house.
The beach is within short walking, about 3 minutes distance, and it offers a variety of excellent bars, pizza places, pastry shops and restaurants with traditional Dalmatian cuisine. At the beach you can hire deckchairs, sunbeds, parasols, surfboards, canoes, water scooters… Scuba diving courses are also available. There are many other facilites like shops, post office, supermarkets, tourist information centre, tennis and golf courses as well as a general practitioner’s office.
There are great variety of entertainments and excursions possibilities in the close surroundings, e.g. rafting on the river Cetina, biking trips, trips to National Park Plitvička jezera and NP Krka, trips to nearby islands or individual and group city tours of Split, Trogir (both are under UNESCO protection).
