The house accommodates up to 12 guests (10 adults max), making it ideal for families with children or larger family groups. It features 4 comfortable bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an additional guest toilet, offering space, comfort, and privacy for everyone.



The house is fully equipped for a relaxing stay. Every bedroom has its own air-conditioning unit, Netflix, and private balcony, allowing guests to enjoy both comfort and personal space throughout their stay.



Step outside to the spacious terrace where you can enjoy your private swimming pool, perfect for children and adults alike. Prepare family meals and enjoy warm summer evenings using the Weber grill, all while listening to the sea just steps away.



With the beach right in front of the house, you can easily switch between swimming in the sea and relaxing by the pool—no car needed. Restaurants, cafés, and shops are nearby, while Split’s old town and famous Diocletian’s Palace are easily accessible.
