Near beautiful sunny beach, less than 100 meters from the sea, in Splitska, island of Brač, Dalmatia, we offer a house of about 140 square meters, made of Brač stone. The house has ground floor with living room, kitchen, pantry, and balcony (30 square meters, and first floor with three bedrooms, bathroom and a nice terrace (21 square meters). There is a parking lots and garage. The house is supplied with air conditioning, all household electrical appliances, and SAT TV.
Both the balcony and the terrace open beautiful sea view. In the yard behind the house, guests can use open barbecue and open shower. There are stone stairs to the sea, no more than 100 meters; the house is situated on a small hill from which you have beautiful view on the sea and coastline. The beach is very nice, combining natural stone plates and very near sand beach.

Splitska is one of the oldest and most beautiful villages on the island of Brač, with old stone houses lining the seaside promenade with good restaurants and cafes as well as some great beaches. It takes about 10 minutes to get from Splitska to Supetar, where the mainland ferry goes frequently to and from Split and takes in about 45 minutes.
