.Each apartment has a private external entrance, parking spaces and a garage. The house is 15 m from the sea and 70 km north of Dubrovnik, 8 min drive to STONA bridge Pelješac 1 km from the house. All apartments are apartments with terraces facing the sea, a view of the sea and Maloston Bay, beautiful sunsets. Pebble beaches are only a 1-minute walk from the house, a shop is 50 m away, a restaurant is 30 m away. There are studio apartments with a large terrace on the ground floor of the house, and 2 apartments on the first floor. All apartments have 1 bedroom (double bed), complete kitchen with dining room, living rooms with access to the terrace or balcony, where there are extra beds for sleeping or sitting, air conditioning, bathrooms with shower, washing machine /ap Stella/ hair dryer hair, WIFI - internet, bed linen and towels.
